Our policies

取消政策Cancellation

-若有不可抗拒因素(依我司認定)，取消入住，則退全款。-If there are force majeure factors (determined by our company) and the check-in is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded.-於入住7日前取消入住，則扣抵押金。-If you cancel your stay 7 days before your arrival, the deposit will be deducted.-於入住當天取消入住，則扣抵全額。

-If you cancel your stay on the day of check-in, the full amount will be deducted.

入住與退房時間Check-in/check-out

-入住時間：15:00-Check-in：15:00-退房時間：10:00-Check-out：10:00-超過退房時間，30分鐘酌收¥2000-If you exceed the check-out time by 30 minutes, you will be charged ¥2,000

付款方式Payment

-聯絡客服人員，進行訂房後，匯款支付20%訂金。其餘現場現金支付。

-Contact customer service, make a reservation, and then remit a 20% deposit.The rest is paid in cash on site.
